Story launches the new LifeScan Club UltraMan site, www.clubultraman.eu, in both English and Dutch. The site is geared towards parents and children with diabetes, and includes games and recipes, as well as having educational content.

New Hire: Charlotte Stevens – Producer - Virtual Greyhound Racing (London)
Charlotte will be the new producer for the Virtual Greyhound Racing team based in the Primrose Hill office. She joins us from The Tin Digital Consultancy where she managed teams and contributed to campaigns for big brands like JWT, Boots and B&Q, and console games including Black and Burnout for the XBOX and PS2 platforms. She brings considerable project management, creative and technical skills to the Virtual Greyhound racing team.

New Hire: Richard Parker – Group Account Director (London)
Richard will be overseeing the accounts served from the Shoreditch office, with a specific focus initially on Agent Provocateur, Silver Cross, Oasis and Karen Millen. He joins us from Seven Squared where he developed multi-channel content delivery strategies for clients such as ASOS.com, Coutts, Fortnum & Mason and Waterstone’s.

Diabetes Week
To mark Diabetes week, Lifescan, a Johnson & Johnson company, teamed up with Tesco to run a healthy living campaign, showing how to become ‘a better you’.
From 8-14 June, visitors to Bristol East Tesco Extra (just off the M32) were able to enjoy a series of free events, including a live cookery demonstration from Antony Worrall Thompson.

Story wins Medtronic diabetes account, to launch their new X53 Diabetic Pump in the EU. The campaign concentrates on the importance of social networking and connecting with patients and their families, and further involves producing a range of online and print collateral that targets physicians and nurses.
